The “fifth façade” of the building is a system of components whose form and arrangements are defined by a series of grammars linked to the programmatic needs of the adjacent rooms, access, decks, etc. The façade development strategy provides shade, security, ventilation, privacy and safety barriers for courtyard and rooftop decks of a dense urban housing development.
